Hertz Dream Collection Hire team had been very helpful from beginning, email enquiries and explanation on my questions are very detailed. Hiring process was very smooth and friendly staff. We are group of 3 and we all hired there at the same time for over 12 days. Everyone in our group are very pleased and happy with the cars and the services offered.

Handover process was also smooth and staff are very helpful in answering any questions, super efficient and quick. Very satisfied. Special shout out to Ian whom had been very helpful through out. Thank you.

I rented an AMG SL43 for 10 days for a tour of Scotland. They have an excellent selection of luxury cars, great customer service, and very transparent pricing. And it's such a pleasure to get a hire car bill these days that exactly matches the initial quote to the penny with no hidden extras or fees!

I have booked a Mercedes V-Klass.
After few days I received an email that is a problem with their system and I have to do the booking again. I have tried to make the booking again but the price was 1000 instead 700 so I did book somewhere else.
After this, in the day of rental they charged my credit card !!!
I did complain to my bank credit card, they contacted their bank and their bank replied that they charged the full rental amount due to no show !!!

worst customer service ever i waited 3 hours to get a car. during my long wait there were many unpleasant incidents such as employees shouting for customers and taking longer breaks while the queue just gets longer

Everyone warned me about pickpocketers but no one said they have evolved into - exactly what Hertz Rental Heathrow London Airport is now. If you’d like the worst customer service, this is the place to go. If you’d like someone to charge you for a scratch on the wheel which was already there before, this is the place to go. If you’d like the employees to pretend like they have no manager when they are obviously the owner of the franchisee, this is the place to go!!!!! Now I know why there are so many one star reviews.
