Rachel, Sophie C and Sophie L are the best! It was the first time we were buying a house where we had to sell at the same time so we were stressed at the thought of navigating both. Rachel and her team helped make the process as stress-free as it could be. It was a very painful move due to other factors and Ramsdens were the only people who were consistently good & helpful throughout. We will 100% be using them again in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solicitor.

"It wouldn't allow me to give zero stars"

Sadly, the worst experience I've had with a solicitors. Recommended to me by a mortgage broker, they seemed to have zero interest in my case. I was only contacted by them as a response, I would ring to query something to be told "I was just looking at that now". When I rang to ask why something hadn't been done, I was told that member of staff had been 9n annual leave for 2 weeks...why on earth wasnt it passed on to someone else?
Slow, uninterested, not at all proactive., and dishonest.
Absolutely would NOT recommend.
