Outstanding service! I recently sold a property and bought another which were both dealt with by Sarah Harrop at Ramsdens in Holmfirth. I found Sarah and her assistant Kara to be very professional and efficient - unlike the shambles of a firm on the other side of our sale based in the Midlands! Sarah was always very calm despite the pressures to try and complete before the end of June which didn't happen through no fault of hers. We had a very fraught last 48 hours and finally completed at 4.30 on Friday after last minute hitches down the chain. Sarah and Kara were great and I would confidently recommend them to anyone who wants an efficient and helpful conveyancing service.

We recently used Ramsdens Solicitors for our conveyancing. They were recommended to us by the estate agents selling our house.

We instantly received an introductory email from our main contact solicitor (Laura Whitehead) informing us of the conveyancing process and introducing us to her team of assistants (Laura Smith & Ethan Cartman).

She explained that we would be communicating through their online portal (but could still email & call). The portal was a brilliant way to upload/download docs.

Though our house sale was quite quick and straightforward, our purchase was turbulent as we were purchasing a probate property where the probate hadn't been granted.

There were a fair few issues with the purchase along the way, which were dealt with swiftly and professionally, offering advice and keeping us informed on progress.

Laura and the team were always friendly and responsive and their advice was invaluable. They went above and beyond to ensure a quick move during the extremely challenging time of the pandemic.
