"More effort than they are worth"

Sonovate just aren't good at what they do. All process appear manual and for that reason are prone to mistakes. I've had 3 months with Sonovate and not one invoice has been done correctly. I've spent countless hours getting mistakes corrected. At each turn Sonovate blame the software. A pitiful excuse if ever there was.

"Excellent customer service"

I have been dealing with Sonovate for the last month and I have found them to be excellent, I researched at a few providers and Sonovate were my first choice. Every member of staff I’ve spoken with has been professional and friendly, they have gone out of their way to help me and deal with any queries quickly. Nothing seems too much trouble for them. The portal is straightforward and they keep the admin to a minimum. I can’t fault them in their approach and I would recommend them highly.
