I can honesty say I am truly happy I chose to work with Sonovate. As an independent agent not having to worry about the financial payments of my contractors, allows me to focus on what I know best.
The deductions from the margin GP were a little confusing at first, as it is VAT plus the agreed charge percentage, but once I was walked through this it all made sense.
The ladies who are my account contacts Alex and Sian and Luke who helped with my on-boarding are extremely helpful, and eager to help, find them all very easy to work with.., from beginning to end to present it has been a pleasure.

As a business owner, I can’t speak highly enough of Sonovate.
Why?
Yes, the technology and processes are efficient, look good, create a professional impression to our clients and, they’re easy to use for all parties (including the ability for clients & contractors to access everything through the newly launched App!) – but it’s the customer service that is most impressive.
Let’s be honest, all organisations have issues and don’t always get things right. So to give a balanced view, there has been the odd issue – however, the way in which it’s been dealt with has always been impressive; not just the speed of resolution but the empathetic approach.
It feels like you’re one of only a few customers they have – that in itself is difficult to achieve.
I’d suggest that they’ve worked hard on culture and that’s evident in our overall experience.
If Richard Branson set up a competitor business with the same level of service (and because he doesn’t need money, did it for free) then yes, I’d consider moving across.
But if he doesn’t, what’s the point in looking at another business?

Sonovate have been fantastic at promptly sorting out any problems we have had and provide a very thorough platform. Once set up, we are then free to get on with recruitment and not have to worry about payments being made etc.

As a client, you are assigned an account manager however any issues are resolved quickly and professionally by the wider team who work as one.
Special note to the finance team who are outstanding when it comes to credit control which is managed in an assertive yet sensitive manner with the end client.

Sonovate provide a great service and timesheet platform. Once the placement is set up it needs very limited input from the recruiter. There are a couple of minor improvements in the IT, but these are gradually being resolved.

I've worked with Sonovate for nearly 4 years and they have generally been great. The portal works really well and the Account Managers that i work with are very on the ball and quick to resolve issues. I'd highly recommend them.
