AVOID this company at all COST. Do NOT deal with them. Have ordered from Dshop and they couriered through Hunter express. Its being 5 days the package is still at their Sydney warehouse awaiting to be picked up for VIC. And there is no way you can get in touch with them.
Avoid all businesses which use Hunter service for package delivery.

Wow this is the freight company I've have dealt with suppose to arrive 1-2 day 7 days later nothing then tracking shows refused delivery no notification text call email nothing!! And also refused delivery?? I was not at home when attempted delivery so how can I refused it

I wish to thank the staff and delivery driver, i recently purchased furniture from My Furniture in Vic, after having a problem logging in to book a delivery, i received a phone call from Di who quickly and efficiently booked delivery for the next day, so impressed with service, thank you so much, well done and i would have no problem recommending to friends and family.

"Worst company to deal with"
Worst company to deal with, customer experience is terribly poor. Was contacted with a delivery date and time to no show took me to contact them to their response now delivering 3 boxes over 2 separate days mind you all boxes were in there depo at the same time. 2 days wasted of work what a joke!
Very poor and would not recommend anyone to use them.

Tracking doesn’t show any location.
Parcel was scanned at depot in the early morning now it is showing held in depot/run 21.

Wont reply to emails, continuously saying its at final delivery centre for weeks. a simple delivery from Sydney shouldn't be this hard. never answer the phone. no way to email them. absolutely ridiculous. If someone can actually reply to this my tracking number is PD620419

"Possibly the worst customer service…"
Possibly the worst customer service exists in Australia. Takes ages for delivery and when they deliver they don’t deliver all the ordered item together. Possibly the worst behaved delivery people as well. Seriously I even lost the interest to write complain about this people. As I can see hundreds of people complained regards them before but nothing changed. If I could I would give You guys 0 star or may be -10. I want my delivery and your driver said 4 days ago it will arrive tomorrow! And from the review below I am concerned now that the product may never arrive. You guys don’t even have a valid phone number? How that is even legal when you transporting peoples good but you have no place for customer support or communication?

I had a solar panel delivered and the courier reached over the fence and just dropped it on the ground even when it had fragile written all over it . I know this as i saw him through the window and by the time i got out there he was driving off.Tracking number is xh 148136

So far 1 star and that's because you need to rate something to be able to write a review. I purchased an item and it was picked up on the 5th for a 24hr express delivery from Sydney to Melbourne and guess what as of the 8th it still had'nt arrived in the Dandenong depot.
What would you do in most cases like this?
Call them.
But guess what?
You cant call them as their answering system is designed so you cant get through.
Judging by the reviews and all the comments either this company has a large stockpile of misplaced items or maybe there is something else going on. I am going to wait and see what happen's on Monday the 10th but if my item has not turned up I'am going to report my missing item and the information based on these reviews to the

"Impossible to contact, wrong address wrong day."
Got an email saying I'd missed a delivery and had been carded. Was home all morning and heard no knock on the door nor could I find the card for contact details. After a frustrating 20 minutes on an automated phone service, I organised redelivery for Thursday. Took that day off work so i wouldnt miss it. Wednesday I got a call from the daycare across the road saying my item had been left at their gate with no attempt to see an actual person to sign off. No contact card left, wrong address and wrong day. Never ever will I use this service again. A total frustrating waste of time. Thank goodness I have honest neighbours
