Ordered a new cooker on Friday delivered Sunday in allocated time slot. Good communication, helpful delivery man. Very pleasant and polite. Goods in perfect order. Will definitely use this company again.

"Badly damaged goods"

Ordered a freezer on line . It was ment to have dirty packaging so was reduced. When freezer arrived and was unwrapped it has entire front corner caved in and electrics hanging out . Rang customer service and asked if the driver who had just left could return to collect as we didn't want the goods. Told no but some one will ring you back , no call came . We then rang on Monday "yes some one will ring you back " no phone call came . We rang Tuesday " well ring you back this afternoon " guess what no call came . At 3 pm I tang and asked for a manager as I was getting frustrated and was told "Lara " would call me back. Guess what no call came .

How hard can it be , the goods are damaged and not as discribed and not fit for purpose . They have seen pictures.
I just want them collected so I can go shop elsewhere . They work on a 24hour delivery so runs are worked out in a daily basis . Why hasn't this been collected and why is no one ringing me back .

Information on 365 Electricals, who is part of the Marks Electricals Group (ar per their webb site information);
Next Day Delivery - I placed an order first thing in the morning but next day delivery was not available.
Call 30 mins before arrival - didn't happen.
Recycling - Read the very small print!! The item has to be outside, I didn't see this. All other companies I have dealt with have brought the new item in on a trolley and taken the old one out on the same trolley.
Although the fridge/freezer to be recycled was identical to the new one, I live in a ground floor flat and am 71 years old the driver refused to take the old one out.
Excuse made by driver -
" They are insured to bring an item in, but not take it out" but they can if you order a 2 man crew, at extra cost!!
The female I spoke to in their customer service, was equally unhelpful, and when I asked to speak to a Manager, suddenly she was the manager!!!
Would never use again.

From the minute I placed my order to the time of delivery the service was excellent. The delivery men were very polite and helpful. 1st class service .I won't buy electrical item's any where else now .Easy and hassle free.

Do not use as the website says next day delivery, the order confirmation says today and then it appears that they only have half of your order in stock.
Spoke to customer services who wanted me to spend more money on an upgrade product or wait an unspecified period for delivery. Thanks Customer Services, your help was invaluable. I will never order from your company again

"Fantastic service"

The fridge we ordered was not in stock, however we were given a time frame for when it would be back in stock and kept up to date. We were then asked when we wanted it delivered, I chose the first available, we then had an e-mail the evening before giving us a 2 hour window the next day. The van arrived 15mins before the start of the window, not a problem for us. The men delivered the fridge into our kitchen and were both very pleasant and efficient. Thank you 365, this was our third purchase from you, there will be more!
