What a delightful experience my recent purchase of a larder fridge has been!

The web site was easy to use,very straightforward. Their prices extremely competitive and their communication direct and comprehensive.

Their trump card, however, was Lee Freer, the delivery driver. He was delightful,cheerful, helpful and efficient.

The UK economy would be really flying high if all our businesses functioned as well as this one.

I have dealt with 365 electrical on five occastions and have had excellent service on all the items bought. There delivery arrangement is realy first rate and the drivers have all been very helpfull. And best of all the price of the goods have been the cheapest.

"Unreliable, damaged product & bad customer service"

I ordered an American fridge freezer from 365 Electrical, waited 1 week for delivery despite saying on their website, order now for next day delivery. When the fridge finally turned up, it was supposed to have a slight bit of damage to the lower side (5p piece), which was fine and we got discount for this. When the delivery men unpacked the fridge, there was clearly much more damage than what was specified I the description. It had multiple dents, black marks, damaged dented handles and 2 massive dents to the back of the fridge. We rejected the delivery, nobody called us to see what had happened and why we had rejected the delivery, instead I got 2 emails, one where they wanted feedback and another sending me my sales invoice with 1 year warranty on a product that I don't even have! I called them, customer service were rude and made no apology what so ever. Not only was this inconvenient because I have already sold and got rid of my previous fridge, but it's unreliable! They called me back to say that they wouldn't give me a new fridge, I didn't expect they would but also they can't fix the damaged handles because nits an old model. It was clear that they couldn't be bothered to fix the handles because I'm sure they could have got them from somewhere! I could get these handles as a customer so I'm sure they could. They offered no alternative options and asked us what we wanted to do about it...UNRELIABLE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLEARLY STAFF THAT DON'T TAKE CARE OF THEIR PRODUCTS!!! First and last time I will be ordering from them.

This is the 2nd time I've used 365 and not disappointed. I looked in Curry's first to check the style of cooker .
The price with 365 electrical was cheaper and removal of the old cooker was cheaper too. I was allocated a day and a 2 hour time slot, which happened to be a Sunday at no extra cost. I had the option to change this If I wanted.
I received a text the night before to give an expected time and then a phone call from the delivery driver Ashley Ensor 20 minutes before arrival.
Ashley was polite, prompt, helpful and a really pleasant young man.
Over all excellent service from start to finish!
Well done to all!
