I order my item the week before and booked my delivery for a week later because I am a single parent working full time. On the day of the delivery around 12 noon I phoned and asked what the expected delivery time was. I was told 18.00 to 20.00 hrs. Later that afternoon I received an email stating that the delivery time would be 18.00 to 21.00hrs and the long wait began. I had heard nothing, no communication and no delivery. On Saturday morning I phone up 9am and the customer service is closed for the weekend. Is speak to the sales room and they tell me the delivery guy was ill and that's why I had not recieved my item. The sakes team tell me that they are going to find out what's happened then they will call me back. At 13.30 I felt they had long enough time to make contact, I phoned but the person dealing with the issue was busy on the sales floor. He finally phones me back at 16.50 to tell me there is nothing that they can do to get my item to me. So it has been rebooked for next Friday.. At that point I say it's a good job I hadn't put my old fridge outside for collection as I paid extra for them to take away old equipment... His response was that only broken equipment are replaced... Hhhuuummmm I don't think this happens. I'm sure people upgrade from time to time... In a nut shell poor communication, poor customer service, if they make a promise to deliver something then surely they should have a back up driver just in case.

Good communication up to point of delivery. The 2 man crew arrived when expected and they were courteous and helpful. Unfortunately this company were let down by their supplier. The Range Master Classic cooker hood I purchased for £335 was initially out of stock, but 365 Electrical informed me of the delay, which was fine. When the item was unpacked there was a very grotty length of wood inside it wrapped in paper. The wood and the paper were completely mouldy. I checked the item and there did not appear to be any dampness in the canopy and the inside of the box was dry. I sent an email and a photo to 365 Electrical almost 2 weeks ago to let them know, so that they could send feedback to their supplier but I did not receive an acknowledgement to my email and they have not yet replied. I have not been able to get the hood fitted yet and I hope that when I do the item works as it should.
