"NO CUSTOMER CONTACT AFTER ORDERING"
I placed an order last week, paid a deposit of £300 and received no acknowledgment. I looked in clutter and junk. After a further email and again no acknowledgement I asked to cancel the order. Again no acknowledgment. I then called and said I’d had absolutely no contact in any form to date and they said they would cancel and would acknowledge that. They haven’t. How can anyone trade without contact with customers? I need my refund and am not sure how I can access this.

I love my sofa set from lounge and co. I got a great deal by ordering a discontinued fabric on sale, but the sofa is lovely. Really comfortable and service was great. Arrived on due date, no problems.

There were some issues with the transport company and arranging a date. However, we got around those and all went well.

"Lovely sofa, exceptional delivery"
We bought the 'Briony' in 4 seater pillow-back and in a teal/emerald colour. The sofa is spacious and comfortable, not to mention nice quality.
The delivery guys were fantastic and took great care in delivering the new/removing the old sofa.
My only, tiny, criticism would be that I sent a message to customer services via the website, to say how pleased we were with the delivery guys but did not receive a reply from them.
We would certainly recommend this company

Sofas arrived ahead of schedule, the delivery team were polite and efficient in getting them into the house and unpacking. All waste was removed from the property.
Overall experience from order to delivery has been easy and very slick and would use the Lounge Company again.

"Poor quality control and delivered damaged"
Waited 16 weeks for our sofa to arrive. It came badly damaged (had been dragged around in the warehouse) as well as being faulty. The chaise end had a massive seam running smack through the middle of it (a quality control issue as the seams are meant to be in invisible parts of the sofa) and ‘the lounge co’ metal plaque was stuck on at an angle. All in all, a very expensive price to pay for something which felt finished to a DFS quality. Barely an apology (only received an email to which I replied and asked for someone to actually pick up the phone)! Stuck with the damaged one for now and still awaiting our replacement which we assumed would be rushed to the front of the queue, but another 16 week delay has been quoted. Such a shame as we were so excited to show off our new suite and the current one is a bit of an embarrassment. Time will tell how it will fare over time but I hope it lasts for the money!
