I was given a guide of 12 weeks for delivery. It came in little over a month. I absolutely love it. It’s comfy and lovely quality. Really good delivery service. Would defiantly recommend.

I ordered sofas in December and paid cash, they had a 20 week lead time which I decided to put up with due to Covid. I was contacted a week ago to say the fabric I had ordered was out of stock and would I like another as the fabric wasn’t due until the end of may but there was no guarantee it would come back in to stock. I ordered other swatches but didn’t like any of them. I have waited 4 months for my sofa and have had to cancel my order as I’ve basically been told the sofas I ordered may not be made. Lounge co held on to 2k of my money during this time and have offered no compensation for this issue. I now have to start the sofa buying process again with another company (turns out they can deliver the sofas quicker than my initial date with lounge co anyway). I’m really annoyed by this whole incident and would not use lounge co again. Would not recommend

I have had nothing but poor communication from this company and the left arm doesn’t know what the right arm is doing
Poor is an understatement they owe me compensation which has been agreed on email and still after 7 emails know body has bothered to call me back and finalise everything so now hopefully this review will wake somebody up and call me
Shame really because when the sofa was finally delivered complete it is great product so the people are letting it down

Excellent company, just had delivery of the Hector chair in Raven. Also purchased the Holly and Penelope sofas last year. All delivery schedules achieved and all items to a very good quality. First seen there products in Stokers in Chester and would highly recommend.

I ordered my sofa directly via telephone without seeing them in store due to lockdown. The advice given was excellent and very helpful, an array of swatches sent out very quickly. Although it took 16 weeks to arrive, but I was made aware of this at time of ordering, however it arrived exactly on time. Big shout out to who Jaye was extremely helpful with my many questions and a friendly voice at the end of the phone. Delivery was well communicated and the delivery guys were brilliant. My sofas are beautiful, I'm so pleased with them. They are excellent quality and just what I imagined. Thank you The Lounge Co.
