"Sofa arrived and was damaged"

Sofa arrived and was damaged. I emailed the company and they arranged for a repair. My only complaint would be that it took about 10 weeks to get the repair completed. The sofa could be used as the tear was on the fabric at the back of the sofa. I'm giving the company 4 stars due to the time it took for the repair. Happy with the furniture and the level of communication with the company.

Absolutely beautiful high quality sofa, it really exceeded our expectations.
Delivery could have been faster but that is true with all sofa retailers! I liked that I could pay a deposit up-front, but it seems a bit old fashioned that I had to call up to make the final payment rather than it being automated.

Ordered the Rose suite and we received the sofas yesterday. Excellent service from the start to finish. Cannot fault this company. My original order was with Parker Knoll and I was very disappointed and had to return it as there was marks.

Highly recommend The Lounge company, excellent quality and the delivery men were very professional.
