"Unmatchable customer service"
Purchased a sofa expecting to be moving into our place by the time the sofa was finished. We were unfortunately delayed 8 months. The lounge co couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding about it all and held onto our sofa for that entire time. When it was delivered the lift was out of order but the delivery guys happily lugged the sofa up 10 flights of stairs despite the delivery note saying they would only do 1 or 2. There was a small blemish which we asked if there was a way to clean/repair ourselves. They sent a technician to replace the entire panel free of charge. If it was a trust pilot review of customers we would deserve 1 star. Their customer service is fantastic. And I haven’t even mentioned the quality of the sofa yet. 5 star sofa, comfort, deals, customer service... the list goes on. Can’t recommend them enough.

Lovely product. Very happy when it arrived (during lockdown). Delivery service were amazing. We were not informed till quite late that the delivery had actually been delayed by 3 weeks. Sofa and cushions look fantastic and fabulous materials.

Ordered two sofas, they were delayed by the COVID situation, but we were kept informed throughout.
When they were delivered the delivery team were friendly helpful and on time, they quickly installed the furniture and tidied up after themselves.
We are very pleased with the sofas.

"A very expensive mistake buying from the Lounge Company"
The ongoing saga... bought 2 large phoebe sofas and very quickly found them to be the most uncomfortable sofas ever. Daily plumping does plump up the fillings but within 1 hour of sitting on them they have flattened to the point of feeling the frame beneath. We have had 2 assessors out who both say no manufacturing fault. The frame is also pushing up against the fabric at the back ... the last assessor said that it is because we have it in an open plan room... had we got the sofa against a wall we’d have never noticed it! Again not considered to be a manufacturing fault.
So this can only mean that the quality of the filling is manufactured to be poor and they expect the filling to flatten in an hour. Likewise don’t look at the back of the sofa. TLC have suggested we buy new cushions from them to replace the uncomfortable ones. Really ... why would we throw yet more money to buy substandard cushions from them???
Really folks... please learn from our expensive mistake. For the same quality like this...save your money and go to DFS.
