Although we were lucky enough not to have to claim anything, we extended our trip so we needed some extra cover. I rang the relevant number and actually spoke to someone. ( yes, actually spoke !!). She was very helpful in helping me to go on the web site and from there it was all very straightforward. We will definitely use Freely again and I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Three people insured on the policy. Two of them put in a claim on the App. Got given claim numbers. Freely kept sending emails saying they cannot pay as the claim is under the $250 excess. Thats fine but the other claim was for over $300. They would not address this and after multiple phone calls and being told to do a claim manually with the reciepts etc being sent multiple times they still kept saying the claim is less than the excess. They just did not read my emails or they just work on the ethic that if we stuff this person around enough she will give up. Seriously bad business.
