Pricing and coverage is good.

However, ignore all the 'Edit' buttons. You can't edit. (Should probably get rid of those buttons until you actually can edit)

You or even customer service can't edit/amend anything at all once the policy is bought and paid for (even if there is no price difference), your only option is to cancel and process a new policy (wait for your refund/partial refund or if you can afford to repurchase before you refund gets to you).

Even though it's a 'new' company, it seems a basic concept to be able to amend things from the beginning.

My rating applies to my application & payment of our policy. It was so easy to apply & pay plus the Product Disclosure Statement though very long was reasonably easy to understand. Hopefully we do not have to make any claims once we start our travel. Great start Freely.
