Had to claim for delayed luggage. First the claim submission recorded the wrong amount (x100) and didn't allow upload of PDF. Then the assessment reply left generic "insert amount here" and didn't explain why they rejected it, even though I qualified. Then the excalation/complaint to Covermore also only assessed half the items submitted. They don't reply to confirm the extra information you provide and you're left with no way to get any sense of it.
