When opened the pregnancy pillow is not as plump as the company are advertising, very misleading
Daughter will try it tonight, if no.good will throw in bin, no point sending back as it has to be in original packaging and unused, very convenient for this company, would definitely not recommend

"Delivery a nightmare"

Delivery a nightmare! Website states 'next working day delivery' and 'tracked'. Neither were true.
Ergonomist sent a wrong tracking number, I queried by email & was given the same number again! They also stated 'once dispatched, it is unfortunately in the hands of the courier' - so NOT necessarily next working day.
Tried ringing many times, but call dropped out on each occasion. Grrrr...

I ordered a pregnancy pillow and it arrived late and vacuum sealed. When you took it out the vacuum it only expanded to half its volume. It cant be used at all. The contact number online for customer services is never answered and they do not reply to emails. If you buy from them you will get a very poor product and have absolutely no chance of getting an exchange or money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I wish I had seen reviews of this company before buying. The way they advertise their cervical pillow is that you are guaranteed a good night's sleep. Then when you read the top of the refund policy, it says that for any reason you can return your product within 30 days, no hassle.
I ordered 2 pillows to try for my husband on the basis of what I had understood to be a money back guarantee. We tried the pillows and they were horrible, I woke up with neck pain and bad headaches.

I contacted the company to start a refund and they said that as we had used the pillows, we cannot return them. Just like the other reviewer, how can you test a pillow without trying it.

The company should not be advertising a "guaranteed" good night's sleep and making the start of their refund policy to sound like its a hassle free money back guarantee if you're not satisfied within 30 days.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I height of the pillow lower than I expected. It reach my expectation after I put it together with another soft pillow.

I saw the review that was last on this site. Actually the same happened to me. I tried the pillow and it was awful. I contacted the company. I asked could I return it and was told only if unopened and in original packaging. How can you try a pillow without using it. The return is a total Scam. I am so angry, I just hope other people read the reviews before paying out.

I bought a pillow to try help with my neck pain. I got it yesterday and tried it last night and I've never slept on anything so uncomfortable in my life. I've contacted them today to arrange a return and refund only to find you have to return it new and unused in order to get a refund. How on earth are you supposed to know if you're happy with a product if you don't try it? Guess it's easy to offer 60 days to change your kind when it won't make any difference how long you've had it, they're just gonna screw you over anyway. They should be ashamed of themselves!! £35 for a pillow was steep at the best of times but would have been worth it to help with the pain, but to throw it away on nothing when I could have used it on nappies or baby clothes instead which would have at least been useful, I'm LIVID. SCAM! STAY AWAY!!
