"Bad. Similarly to all the other reviews"

Similarly to all the other reviews, this supplier is poor. Avoid this company at all costs. They have no customer service skills and don't answer any emails that include wanting your money back, or getting an invoice. As someone who purchased this chair in July 2023, this company has not improved from any of the previous reviews. Just stick to Amazon the quality of the chair is probably the same.

"Thought I had found the perfect chair…"

Thought I had found the perfect chair for my son. Arrived today and all looked good, but will not go together at all. There is something wrong with the cutting. Tried to call the company, but Email only. Emailed and no response. No alternative but to contact my credit card company. This company is, in essence, a scam and their website a fabrication

"Nightmare!"

Really awful experience with the Ergonomist. Started off well with fast delivery of the kneeling chair. However, before its arrival, I happened to mention to my GP that I was getting this type of chair, and was advised that due to physical issues with my legs that I should not use it. The chair therefore remained in an unopened box, sitting in my hallway, whilst I embarked on a quest to try and return it. Would the Ergonomist respond to my emailed requests about its return? Not on your Nelly! It took multiple stressed emails over several weeks to finally be sent a shipping label with a correct address on it. Turns out the Ergonomist (posh website, legitimate sounding London business address) is Shipit Logistics Limited, a warehouse in Essex. I’d also been under the impression from their T&Cs that they paid return postage, but... they don’t.

I returned the unopened box (took lots of photos) by Royal Mail, but then never heard a thing for nearly a month. I almost forgot about it! One day I sent them an email, pointing out the delay, and asking when they intended to make the refund. I was relieved to actually get notification of a refund 2 days later. But what an ordeal, spanning almost 2 months, just to return an item, having to listen to that unsettling voice in your head that says, “What if they are a scam organisation and I never hear back from them or get a refund..?”

Like a previous reviewer, I just cannot believe the 5 star reviews on their website are genuine and there are indeed a lot of repeats using the same name. I also find it interesting that I can’t find any details on the award they claim to have won in 2022.

Personally I don’t think their products and service are worth the hassle and the anxiety.

"Avoid this company"

Avoid the company! I bought a kneeling chair 6 weeks ago. I liked it - until it broke. The wood in the frame spilt down the middle. So I contacted the company. No response. I’ve emailed daily, with photos. No reply. There is no phone number on the website. No registered company address to track down the owners. I just want my money back.

"Terrible experience, AVOID !!"

Absolutely terrible experience, please avoid at all cost if you can! I ordered a chair which arrived faulty so there was no way for me to assemble. Contacted customer service support via email (as there's no customer dedicated phone line!!) and the support is beyond appalling. The customer service is virtually non-existing and only after sending numerous emails I finally received a response advising I will be sent a replacement part after which there was radio silence for A WEEK as, they had technical difficulties and were unable to send emails. FOR A WEEK!!! Advised again I would be sent a replacement part but yet again no response after my reply. So 2 weeks later I have a faulty chair sitting in my room while they are sitting on my money! There's 900 something pages of 5 star reviews on their website, HOWEVER, having looked through I realised that there's only about a dozen reviews that are just rolled over and over and over on repeat for almost 400 pages! If I could give ZERO STARS I would. At this point I just want my money back!!
