"Not terrible"

I ordered the ergomomic cervical pillow and then read the reviews here and thought I had made a mistake but luckily it's fine. I am having to sleep on my back at the moment to try to resolve a painful rib issue and I am not a back sleeper so it's been very uncomfortable! I used this pillow last night and it is definitely more comfortable than my old standard pillow for front sleepers so that's good. I feel like I could find better though and there are many cheaper memory foam pillows that would do the same job.

Ordered a projector with 1 day tracked delivery. Order not shipped and no response when I chased it by email however when I emailed to cancel it was done immediately? Says its been cancelled and I've been refunded so based on other reviews I'll wait to see if I get my money back

"Bought a kneeling chair"

Bought a kneeling chair, which was fine as a chair, unfortunately the material the seat and knee pads is very poor quality. This started to bobble and went out of shape within a week.
Trying to get an answer from the company is impossible, no-one answeres the chat, phone rings and hangs up. Initially received a couple of replies from 'Bonnie' now sent 4 emails with no reply. No offer of a solution (I asked for the seat and knee pads to be replaced) - all I got back is that I am wearing the wrong type of jeans - seriously!!! (there is a picture of a lady wearing jeans on their website).
All the reviews on the website in my opinion are false, all are 5*, no Trustpilot logo, so great marketing, great web site, lousy customer service. if I could I would give them a '0'

Oh how I wish I’d read the reviews first!
Purchased a pillow (£35) very uncomfortable, gave me a headache. Used a separate pillow case to cover it while I tried it (which was not for long)
Contacted the company - no returns unless unused!! What!! How can you tell if it suits you without using it??
I don’t recommend buying from this company as the returns policy is totally unreasonable.

Found it very uncomfortable. and as it's been opened it cant be returned. I wouldn't bother buying a pillow like this again for this reason.

Parcel was delievered to the wrong address,have tried to communicate with customer service ,They said they would send me a new one and now nobody is replying to me ,no parcel and 40 pnds down ,,its been a while now ,so I'm assuming I will never receive anything back from this company or any communication,,diissopointed.. 24/01/ 25 since writing this review I have just received my parcel ,so they have delivered the goods ,poor communication and customer service tho.
