I contacted and chased several times to action a return, however, they mentioned that they will not take it back if the item is opened.
Of course I have to open it to check the quality but it was unused.
I paid £35.00 for this pillow and I would get better value for money in ASDA/Tesco.
The quality of the pillow is not good at all.

If I could put minus stars, I would. Ordered a cervical pillow as I was having bad shoulder pain. This website first popped up with good reviews (I assume fake). Pillow arrived and used it night after night after night and the pain was 10x worse spreading to my neck. I had to stop using it, it was so bad.
I contacted them to let them know and to request a returns to which they said no because you’ve opened the package (Keep in mind, it was vacuum sealed, rolled up and shoved in a parcel bag).
How was I meant to test the product without opening it!?
I’ve emailed numerous times since and called. No one answers and when they do, they just send the same email out - “sorry, for hygiene reasons, you cannot return or refund the item”.
I completely understand the hygiene reasons for this but if a product isn’t to your liking, then what policy do they have in place? Surely a refund is the better option?
Could kick myself after coming across trustpilot reviews afterwards, it seems i’m not the only one :(

Ordered a LED face mask for £50 as a treat to myself for Xmas… used 3 times max now it will not turn on even after charging . Very cheap product and appalling it won’t even turn on after being used barely . Company are ignoring my emails so I’m £50 down witn a product that can’t be used. I made several orders, one was missing! I emailed and was told to wait! So I waited a couple of weeks! Still nothing! I've since asked for a refund and they are completely ignoring me now!!!!

THIS WEBSITE IS A TOTAL SCAM. Let me explain.
I asked my friend to go to the warehouse to check out the business. It does not exist.
They did not have an ABN on their website. This is a huge red flag for any Australian because consumer affairs will not come and help you. If you're too stupid to use a company that doesn't have legitimate credentials.
They also do not have a .com.au website.
Their website is a .au website. Anyone in the world can register that without being a legitimate business.
only.com.au websites can be given to LEGITIMATE AUSTRALIAN REGISTERED BUSINESSES.
If you check the reviews, most of the photos are taken overseas and not in Australia. Case in point the ones with windows that don't exist in Australia or PowerPoints. Look closely at all review photos.
Many of the reviews are repeated text with different photos.
All of the reviews I have done a reverse Google search on the photographs and they are all stock images used by Nigerian scammers.
I've done all the homework for you. So steer clearer of these guys.

They claim the unused pillow is not in original packaging even though it was shipped in a tiny rolled state without any air. Their 30-day refund policy is full of loopholes and bogus. It is only possible to see the quality and size of the pillow by tearing this package open, but you cannot get a refund. Website photos with a tiny lady model may mislead you as to how big the pillows are. Reporting to trading standards for violating clear consumer rights deliberately.
