It did take a few days to arrive. The parcel seemed to transit by the carrier a rather confusing and indirect route.

I ordered the ergonomic pillow. It is simply the BEST pillow I have ever bought. The design assists sleeping in all positions, including supporting shoulders. Simply excellent. I no longer suffer from lower back pain in the mornings.

Ordering and delivery excellent - prompt and no hassles. Finished chair is good quality and comfortable. However, assembling the chair was a nightmare - took nearly two hours and nearly went in the bin! Perhaps worth paying the £40 to get it ready assembled.

The pillow looks like good quality. I suppose you need time to get used to it, especially if you were previously using a different type. But after using it for almost a month, I feel more rested after a night’s sleep. Plus, the shipping was super fast.
