"Viewber and Jess were really great"

Used Viewber recently in Jan/Feb 2025 to gather information on a new Buy to (Lease) purchase for our company. Due to issues outwith our control, there were some cancellations and delays - none of it Viewber's fault I might add. Viewber were understanding, and the mini-inspection did eventually go ahead. The request was fairly bespoke, and time-critical, so there was a bit of too-ing and fro-ing - they persevered with it, and I wanted to give a specific shout-out to Jess in particular at Viewber's operations team, who was exceptionally helpful, attentive and efficient.
