Accupos has been a great POS service for us. All transactions are processed straight to our Quickbooks accounting program and everything is accurate and timely. All the credit or debit card transactions go straight into our bank accounts and they pretty much make life easy for any business owner. Just turn in the docs for the CPA or if you do your own taxes, everything is right there in your accounting program without lifting a pen or pencil ever! Furthermore, whenever you have a problem, their technical support dept. personnel are all really quick and smart to fix any problem or glitch you may encounter. Truly a great POS company and we recommend them to any business owner who wants spend time running their business rather than keeping records. You won't be disappointed.

I am very frustrated with this system. It was not as represented by the sales people. It is not easy to set up. there is no manual and the online manual is so out dated it is no help. It is hard to get through to tech support. ( I have waited on hold for as long as 48 minutes) However when you get through to them they try to resolve the issues. Some of which are in their soft ware. I am stuck with this software ( my other system is just too old for upgrades, which is too bad as it is a great system) It may work great for someone who has not been spoiled by a really good system.

My AccuPOS customer service experiences have been either extremely helpful, pleasant and personable or unknowledgeable, short and with individuals unwilling or unable to quickly resolve the issue. Today, my hold time was over an hour but once I spoke to a customer service individual, they were happy, quick to resolve my issue and were unaffected when I had to put them on hold to do my job. Thank you for the timely fix of my issue.
