"Awful"
I used this company because they offered a 3 day turnaround to deliver a parcel from Leeds area to the Isle of Wight. I was charged a large sum for this delivery, but because of the time scale I had I had no option but to book parcel link to deliver my goods.
3 days later my goods didn't arrive, 7 days later my goods didn't arrive, many phone calls were made by myself in this time, with the attitude of the 3 staff members that they didn't give two hoots. Eventually I had an email from parcel link stating my parcel would be delivered on a Thursday and I would receive a phone call 30 minutes prior the the delivery, to give me enough time to return from work to sign the paperwork. No phone call was received, leaving me to believe that yet another day had passed without a delivery. Upon my arrival home I was greeted by a large crate on my driveway. I opened the crate to find a wooden table, (not what I had ordered). I got straight on the phone to parcel link who told me they would arrange to collect the item the next day. 2 days later they arrived. I left it a few days before I called parcel link to find out where my pallet was, bearing in mind I paid good money to receive my pallet in 3 days, we were now close to 2 weeks late, and I still found myself making all the effort to find out where my delivery was. To may amazement parcel link had lost my pallet. They stated they didn't know where it was, and that I needed to sit and wait for it to turn up. Finally a month after it should of been here it turned up, and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw what they had delivered. The parcel company told me that they had to open my pallet in a wear house to check my stuff was in there. But.... They never packaged it back up. Meaning, 80% of my goods were not with the pallet. Meaning, they had lost them. The remaining 20% of my items were so badly damaged, bent, buckled, twisted etc etc that they were unusable. So I was advised to file an insurance claim, they assured me that no claims take any longer than 12 weeks, I am now on to week 14. To this date, nearly 18 weeks after I booked parcel link, I have never received one phone call with any information. The company's people's skills in non-existent, I find them very rude, extremely unhelpful, and rude. I have spoke to 3 members of staff with my problems listed above, and not one had apologised for how Iv been treated. I will never use this company again, and for anyone who does, I just prey for you that they don't lose or damage your items. I understand that your parcel force is a busy company, but this does not give you the excuse or reason to treat people who pay for your services with such little respect.

Booked a collection on 18 December received delivered in France on 23 dec. I would have not expected to have the item delivered before the holiday, so for this very positive experience I am happy to recommend the company. Happy New year!

"Perfect, no reservations"
Would recommend to anyone. I have used many courier/ freight services but the unique thing about parcel link is that they have real people on the phone (local number too no 0871 etc etc!!)

I have been using parcel link once a week or so for several months now to send pallets to retailers in mainland Europe. The delivery isn't the fastest but for the price you pay I have no qualms. I have not had much need to talk to their staff but on the odd occasion I do, I have found them to be polite and informative. Not a bad service all in all.

"1 star is still too generous"
Absolutely laughable service. No communication, no customer service, 5 weeks and still waiting for parcel link to resolve an issue. DO NOT USE!
Despite the reply below, Parcel link are again lying to , again. No, the matter has not been resolved, and in fact they are so incapable of decent customer care, this is actually got as far as a small claims court as I just cannot get them to resolve this in a reasonable way, me paying out 3 times to receive my pallet.

"Good value for money, no hassle........."
As a first experience using this company, despite my initial reservations when an unmarked van with a driver showing no documents arrived to collect the large, heavy and somewhat oversized package.......... to my relief was delivered from Norfolk to the Republic of Ireland without any glitches, I can only be thankful for a smooth operation. One disappointment was being unable to access any tracking information even after signing up for the mobile link. 10 out of 10 for execution of delivery, but 5 out of 10 for company communication, delivery was confirmed by one happy Irish customer👌

"Really poor customer service"
Really poor customer experience. We had a collection booked with them on a Friday and only at 4:00pm when i rang to check where the delivery was, was i told that it had broken down. I needed the shipment there for Monday to meet a delivery slot so we cancelled the service and hired a van to take it ourselves. Things like this can happen and its no ones fault but the customer service i received after was appalling. I had to chase the refund for two weeks before someone emailed me back saying that they will process the refund but there will be a cancelation charge of £25 - But they failed to collect!!!!! when i called they would not budge they would not offer a full refund even though they had failed to provide the service. They only offered to provide a full refund if we left the funds on account as a credit. We don't ship pallets regularly and we are a small business so we needed the funds back in our account. We pay instantly for their service and they offer no credit terms so why should we leave our cash with them to sit on! Really really poor customer service - never dealt with anyone like them especially when they failed to provide the service as promised. Its worth Spending the extra and go else where because when it goes wrong which it always does with shipping and haulage they will not help you out at all. I now have to wait up to a week for them to process our refund.

"Not very satisfied"
I shipped boxes from England to Spain. I was a bit hesistant because I read some bad reviews, but I wanted to give parcellink the benefit of the doubt. I chose them mainly because when I booked on a Saturday, it was still able to arrange a collect on Monday. With most of the other companies Tuesday was the earliest availability. Booking and collection were fine. Most of the boxes arrived in good condition, however one of them had broken items inside. Even an item that was not fragile at all, so the box must have had made a serious fall. When I sent boxes earlier with other companies I didn't have any issues at all, so even though I know it is probably due to the courier/driver, rather than parcellink, probably I wouldn't choose them again. Sorry.

"Difficult to communicate"
I asked Parcel Link to pick up my stuff as I was moving to Spain the next day and I couldn't bring it all in the flight. I was in a hurry, but it was my last opportunity. I wrote all the details, but to be sure I checked my address in their list. I finished and paid.
I was waiting till 18:00, but no one came, nobody called me and I had to left my stuff in my friends house.
The problem is that when I checked my address they automatically put the most similar address in their list, and it wasn't mine. It was my fault because I didn't double check, but no one call me and they charged the whole amount.
I texted them trying to explained what had happened, maybe they could pick up my luggage from my friend house, but no one text me back.
