I have used Parcel Link several times now to send a parcel to Austria from a UK domestic address.

The cost is great, so much cheaper than the Post Office.

The convenience is great. I print my consignment labels at home and the parcel is collected next day from my home, much easier than the trek to the Post Office to send an expensive parcel.

The tracking system is great - really slick and reliable.

I have had a great service from Parcel Link. They provided useful information when I requested it and they have provided me great support. I asked them a couple of time the delay of the delivery and they did the checking with the courier without delay. Hopefully, the Courier will do the job as good as Parcel has done it.

The email I have from customer service staff is shocking. They charged my card extra money even more than what they stated on an email to me 'asking me to pay more' Therefore I have already taken this further as they have no right to do this especially after stating a different price on the email. Cheap but Not good they will card your card more!
