"BHL was a let down."

Our heating engineer was booked to do a new system. One part he couldn't get so I phoned around. BHL said they had lots in stock so I ordered. The money was taken and the order was "processed". It never turned up. They never claimed to have despatched it. Luckily I found the part elsewhere and the system was installed. I emailed BHL and they did refund my payment.
