I placed an order 7 weeks ago, still waiting, keep being told it will arrive, asked for a refund, still waiting, I will not use this company again, I have had to order from a different supplier, order arrived within a few days.

"Very disappointing"
Very disappointing. Health Monthly used to be reliable but not anymore. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and still no sign of my order being dispatched. Customer service are completely ignoring my emails ...just sending out an automated response blaming covid. I have requested a refund but no response. I have got the products elsewhere...2-3 days after placing the order. Hopefully I'll be able to get a refund via paypal. Avoid this company! PS after contacting Jersey Trading Standards I finally today 2 December 2020 got a full refund for the items I didn't receive. And also last week I finally had a personal email reply from Health Monthly in response to Trading Standards contacting them.

"An absolute joke"
An absolute joke. It is now eleven weeks since I placed my order. They keep repeating that it's covid issues, but that's bull. I've had to order from another company, based in the same counrty, and it's just arrived, one week later. Avoid at all costs

"A total shambles"
I’ve been using this company for many years but I’ve decided not to buy anything from this seller from now on. Since pandemic, there have been some delivery issues, but as long as the dispatch was prompt, I didn’t mind that. But this time, my order was placed on 29th Oct, but it still hasn’t dispatched ( since more than 3 weeks!) So I’ve just requested to cancel the order, ( as I had to buy my pills urgently from elsewhere) but the customer service replied that they can’t do that(!) as its warehouse already printed the order(?), but it hasn’t dispatched it yet. Unbelievable!! How convenient a way to make an excuse! Surely, if it hasn’t been sent yet, they can remove the printed order!
Very bad service! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!

"Excellent customer service"
Delivery of a product I had ordered was inevitably slightly delayed because of Covid-19, but customer service at Health Monthly (Michelle) was exceptional and kept me very well informed. My order has now arrived, perfectly packaged, and the cream looks lovely! Very impressed all round. Thank you!

"Whilst there products are good quality…"
Whilst there products are good quality and also good value for money. They appear completely unable to deliver orders when placed within their own allotted delivery time scale. This has resulted in me having to source additional products from other sources due to the excessive delays. It’s has become apparent that it’s easier to purchase things from China and receive them than from HealthMonthly which is very disappointing.
If you decide to use this company, don’t expect anything anytime soon????

I ordered my products at the middle of august which should have arrived at the 21st of september. The products have not arrived yet (nov. 16.), and the customer service doesn’t help, they only making promises.

Really poorly customer service. My order never arrived when it was purchased back in beginning of September. When I asked for a tracking number they sent me a long essay saying something else, and then after that no more responses!

"When I opened this package"
When I opened this package, which took about one month (as shown on original confirmation), the Doctor Best Collagen Tablets were “with Vitamin C”, NOT “with Peptans”, as ordered. This was slightly disappointing as the tablets took a lot of sourcing!
