Some parts of the orders were delivered, but I am still waiting to receive pills from the 15th of August and September 21 for the rest I really don't know. This is madness, how many people work in this company? One?

I AM WAITING AGAIN FOR AN ORDER I THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE THEM ONE MORE CHANCE BIG BIG BIG MISTAKE NOTHING AFTER TWO MONTHS. THESE BOZOS ARE A JOKE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID UNLESS YOU DO NOT MIND WAITING THREE MONTHS PLUS FOR YOUR ORDER. THEY ARE IN UK NOT ANTARTICA LIKE THEY BEHAVE OH WE ARE SHORT STAFFED WE ARE A SMALL FAMILY BUSINESS NO YOU'RE A DISORGANISED MESS THATS WHAT YOU ARE

"Dreadful company"

Dreadful company. They told me that an order I placed on 26 September would arrive by 6 November. This is ridiculous service. They won’t give me a refund and they won’t check where my order is. All they keep telling me is that it’s on its way. I can’t believe that an order from the US can take two months to arrive. I get orders from Australia in less than half the time. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Place an ordered on 11th of September and still waiting as of 12th November. They said it was estimated for 18th of October.

"Placed my order on 29th August"

Placed my order on 29th August, I received the first part fairly quickly but I'm still chasing the bulk of the order (£69 worth). When I contacted them, they said it was down to their US supplier and gave me a "goodwill gesture" a voucher to spend on their sister site, most of the stock on this site was out of stock but at least they tried at that point! However, I am still waiting for my original order, have emailed five times, no response. I will not be using them again and will be taking legal action if I don't receive a refund or my goods.

"Avoid this company"

Two months after placing my order, still no product. I noticed they removed all contact details from their website, no doubt due to the vast number of people wanting to know why they haven't received their orders. Dreadful.

I wouldn’t even put one star. I ordered in August, I haven’t received my order at all and not even refund. After several msg they are ignoring me. So I have no money and no my order.

I placed my order on 18th Sept the told me i would recieve my order on oct 19th Oct then this changed to 6th Nov
Today its 11th Nov and still nothing .
Ive emailed them for a full refund but i wont hold my breath.
They will probably say like they have to others ,
Its in the uk or its got lost.
Im sick if this cowboy company.
They just dont care about ripping people off.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR HARD EARNED CASH.
