"AVOID"

AVOID! Order placed sept and still not received. Have sent emails for a refund and not response. Luckily paid through paypal so claiming refund via that route.

"HealthMonthly.co.uk DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM"

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES make an order from HealthMonthly.co.uk. I ordered a product on 5th September, and have not received it by 10th November, over 2 months since ordering.

Their excuse is that it has been shipped from America, and gets delayed in customs. It seems lots of customers experience delays.

I have asked for my money back twice and they will not refund the money. The product was ordered to support the run up to an operation which took place 3 weeks ago. The product is therefore of no use now. And it has not arrived anyway. Still they will not give me a refund.

It should not take over two months for a product to be received. There was no indication when ordering it that the product would take 2 months or more to arrive. The first estimated day of delivery was 6th October, and this was redesigned a new delivery date of 19th October. However, that was several weeks ago.

I have no faith in the company, and whilst they are full of excuses and platitudes, they should just give a refund and keep customers satisfied.

Do not order from this company.

"Well where do I start!"

Well where do I start!
Ordered the 1st October after sending countless emails as they offer no online chat or customer service I have received an automated email back several times my order has not even been dispatched and it’s now the 11th November. I have contacted them once again asking for a refund they owe me £75 only to receive you guessed it another automated reply! Had enough I had used this company in the past without an issue but now since my order on 1st October and all the stress emailing them they have lost my custom for sure I would not recommend this company or will I ever return as a customer. Totally disgusting way to run a company blaming covid when the truth is it’s health monthly incompetence and totally unprofessional attitude.
I have requested a refund but going by the other very negative reviews it seems I’m just one of many unhappy customers.
Avoid!!

"Lost my patience & soon to expire pills. STAY AWAY!"

What a nightmare... Where to start?!

Just like everyone else my order was delayed. I placed it on 14 July. I was given false promises and reassurances like everyone else. It took them until 11 September to tell me 'it's probably got lost in the post' to refund me on 3 items in my order as it was one month past the delayed estimation!

I also asked if they could ship some more out. They told me they couldn't as they were out of stock despite them still selling them on the website.

This was bad enough but I don't tend to leave negative reviews so I left it there.

However, to my outrage, I have just discovered my 8-month supply of pills that I ordered in July and only received in September expire at the end of this month!! Even if they arrived on time they still would have been past the exp.

I emailed them and now back to receiving the generic postal delay emails, despite my email being nothing about postage.

What disgusting service all round. I expect either a full refund or replacement of the pills that expire at the end of this month.

Awful company. STAY AWAY!

"No Products and No Refund !"

Ordered products 20th August and still not arrived despite 7 lots of email correspondance and assurances. Fed up of being constantly fobbed off and told product is now in the UK and on its way and refusal to give a refund. Been a loyal customer for over 4 years but will take my custom elsewhere from now on - shame really as products have always been good. My advice is dont order if you need the product any time soon !

"The worst company EVER!"

The worst company EVER!! I ordered my stuff 14th Sep. with delivery 13th Oct. Weird but ok. After 13th Oct when nothing happened I checked my account and I found out that my stuff will be with me 29th Oct. No email, no info. OK, I thought I can wait. After 29th I sent an email that I still don't have my order. And nothing. No response. I understand that we have a very hard time but only this company is using covid to cheat the clients. The whole range you can find in other companies which can send you your order within a few days, not months or never. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK HEALTH MONTHLY!!!!!!

Do NOT order from this company.
This company is a SCAM.

I ordered from them end of August and my delivery date was 5th October which to be honest was already suspicious because it just sounded way too long to wait when the website never mentioned that the items are coming from abroad. But during the time while I waited for my items I ordered goods from the US and all arrived except this.
So since 5th October I kept emailing them and I get the same automated lies every time :

Thank you for your response.

We would urge you to allow a few more days just in case the delivery shows up.

We are currently receiving emails from customers stating that deliveries are still arriving outside of these dates.

We expect your order to arrive with you very soon.

"Avoid"

Same as many on here - have used this website several times in the past without issue, but I ordered well over a month ago now and haven’t received my order, emailed several times to try and cancel the order as the estimated delivery date was not transparent until the order confirmation email was sent. They’re clearly still taking orders just saying there may be a slight delay, when clearly they aren’t fulfilling people’s orders. Clearly something has happened to the company. DO NOT ORDER.

And and the order didn’t generate a number but they took the money on my account
