UPDATE: Health Monthly also trades under the name Swanson UK. I reported them to ACTION FRAUD UK.
I put my order through 8 September. Today, 6 November I still don't have my order delivered, despite an e-mail confirmation that it was dispatched on 24 September. Customer services are useless, you cannot call them or chat with them. It's only e-mails. They cut and paste a standard reply about a fairy story about delays and covid. They keep advising to be patient because I will receive my order. When? Next year? I have all my orders from other companies on time, strangely. They don't respond to refund requests. I'm instructing my bank to recover my money and I'm also reporting the company to trading standards and all other consumer services.

I ORDERED 27TH AUGUST 2020 AND STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!!! GOT THE SAME BULLS**T AS MOST PEOPLE. THEY WILL MAKE EXCUSES LIKE DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19, MORE DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19, YOU WILL THEN BE TOLD SHIPMENT IS COMING FROM ANOTHER WAREHOUSE E.G. USA, THEY WILL THEN OFFER YOU CREDIT VOUCHER AS A GOODWILL GESTURE TO BE USED ON THEIR SISTER COMPANY WEBSITE WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE BETTER TRACKING AND MORE ACCURATE STOCK LEVELS, YOU WILL THEN START GETTING AUTOMATED EMAILS WHEN YOU ASK FOR A REFUND!! I'VE STILL YET TO RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN EVEN DISPATCHED YET THE COMPANY STILL ASSURES ME THAT MY ORDER IS ON ITS WAY??!! WHAT A LOAD OF GARBAGE THIS COMPANY!! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY. HEALTHMONTHLY IS A TOTAL SCAM!!

"I cannot believe I used the company…"
I cannot believe I used the company again and wished that I had read all the other reviews first. Terrible I think I ordered back in August and recieved a partial order and was told the rest of the order would come by 12th October. Nothing has arrived. I have repeatedly emailed them and have had same response as others, due to Covid, blah blah. I have just again asked for refund (no response to that) I will contact my bank to see if I can get it that way. Do not use this company. I ordered same products today from Amazon no delivery charges (as a lot of companys do if you order over a certain amount) products will arrive Sunday. You would think that a company such as this would flourish due to online sales. Bad bad way to treat customers

"Appalling customer care"
Appalling customer care, still waiting for an item after three months! They did offer me a voucher for something else that might never arrive though! No tracking no due delivery date no refund because apparently I will get it, it might be out of date by that time or I might have even passed away by then but I will get it! Do not use this company, they are refusing to refund me my money !!!
Update 20/12/20 item still not arrived, opened a dispute with paypal a few days ago, money now refunded, I would still be waiting if it wasn’t for paypal, if they’re like this over £14 what would they be like over more money! Just bad business

Ordered Calme Forte on August 13th and have not received the order. Requested refund several times and just keep being advised that the order is on the way. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are unreliable, not providing a service and keeping your money!

I ordered some Sea Cucumber on September the 3rd and have still not received it on November the 4th. Will never use again. Will try getting a refund.

"Avoid buying item's"
I ordered 5 containers of bitter melon capsules on the 2nd October 2020 with expected delivery date 5th November 2020. I contacted them by email asking them when i am going to get my order and the reply i received was very long winded excuse how the recent pandemic has slowed down delivery and the deliver thousands of orders every week. I've have had seen this type of excuse before it is when a company wants to hang on to the customer's payment and comes up with every excuse to hang onto their money without actually delivering their order. My advice is once bitten by these people avoid them like they have got the plague.

"Ridiculous delivery times & not enough regard for customers."
Received a bottle of B12 with three completely different tablets mixed in. Despite them trying to help, I was told it was my mistake. I got a refund but am still disgusted with the lack of accountability. Waited a while before risking using Health Monthly again, ordered on 14th Oct. Order not dispatched until 29th Oct with expected delivery not until 26th Nov.
I've now had to order from somewhere else to get my tablets.
Will never shop with them again. Too many problems, too little regard for their customers.

I made my order on August 3. Having given them the benefit of doubt, I only started asking for a refund in late October, but all of my complaints have been ignored.
Appalling. This company is a disappointment and clearly have no respect for their customers, blaming everything on Covid-19 instead of their own terrible communication on the placed orders.
