I recently hired this company to install a new hot water system, and I must say they did a fantastic job! Everything was done very neatly and without any problems. Thank you, guys!

"Total Scam"

Turned up very quickly, spent about a minute in the bathroom before saying he needed specialist equipment and the office would call me. Didn't even turn on the bath to check drainage which was part of the problem I reported.

Office called me and quoted £474 for using a wet vac for a slow drainage problem which sounded extortionate so I called off the work. They tried to negotiate down 3 times (the office and the engineer) but it still sounded like too much money for a quick and easy fix that had no guarantee of sorting the issue longterm, and by that point I'd started to feel uncomfortable.

Got charged £144 for 1 minute of an engineers time and no diagnosis.

Engineer wouldn't leave site until I'd paid the money which felt intimidating to me too (he was very friendly but a bloody big bloke!).

I was very happy with this company's service. They were punctual and reliable, arriving on time to diagnose the issue and give me a quote. The repairs were completed promptly on the same day. The engineer was well-informed and patiently answered all of my questions. He also left the work area tidy and neat.

The service engineer who came to assess my leaking Emersion Heater was thorough, polite, and helpful. The whole job was completed professionally, with everything checked to ensure it was working properly, and they left everything clean afterwards. I have no complaints about this company and would definitely recommend them.

The technician arrived promptly, just an hour after I called. The pricing was provided upfront by the head office. The engineer was pleasant and efficient, taking care of sourcing the necessary parts and completing the job in just two hours.

They rip you off with a massive bill for a 20 minutes job.
We agreed to have an engineer visit and diagnose and fix any minor issues to our Combi boiler. Within 2 minutes the engineer found that the condenser needs to a bit of cleaning which takes 15-20 minutes for an engineer.
He went out and called someone in his company to give me a price. I recieved an invoice for £354 with an agreement to make payment in advance. I did assuming that it must be at least 2 hours job.

Do you know how much time the engineer took to clean? 15 minutes and charged me £354 including VAT. Highly unethical business practices.
Avoid these folks if you can.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and quickly arranged for someone to come out. They were efficient and reasonable. I've been dealing with a drainage issue for years, and these guys were the only ones able to figure out and fix it. I was quite impressed.
