Called them to clear a blocked drain.
Rather than start clearing the drain their engineer stated he needed to quote new price to clear the drain manually.
Their office quoted £540+VAT for the work to start.
I have paid them £120+24VAT=£144.00 for the guy to open the manhole and shut it.
So be careful not to fall in their trap.
Because if you give them go ahead God knows what they would have charged once work completed.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AS INTIAL CHARGE IS NOT TO CARRY OUT THE WORK BUT TO ENTRAP YOU FOR HIGHER CHRGES.

I contacted a local plumber, problem fixed in under 20 minutes, and under £80.
Zero customer service, staff who don’t know what’s going on, and just after your money, please avoid at all costs.
