Pm247 are money grabing cowboy just after the money the guy that came out was nice but been told what to do. At first you think the price is ok until they get machines out and that when they get you. Also told me the job was guarantee for a month but your not so people be careful of this company.

We are a small special needs school with limited funds. We contacted PM247 regarding a blocked toilet. They advised that they would be there between 6.00pm and 8.00pm. We asked to pay by credit card and were advised that this was not possible despite the booking form clearly saying that we could. At 6.00 pm they had not arrived so we called and were then informed it could take up to 8.00 pm. When they arrived demanded call out money first £ 144. After a very short examination they decided it needed jet washing (8 ft pipe). Driver then called company who then contacted us requesting an additional £ 495 to jetwash drain making a total of in excess of £ 600 for one slow draining toilet. When we queried the price with the company, they were rude and put the phone down. When we asked for a refund the driver was abusive and just drove off in his van at speed.

The installers were polite, friendly, and experienced. The quality of craftsmanship was excellent, and our bathroom now appears stunning. They removed all the old fittings and debris, and even cleaned the hallway thoroughly. I would definitely consider hiring them again for future projects.

I recently experienced a leak in my downstairs toilet that ended up flooding my entire house. In a state of panic, I reached out to PM247 for help. The staff on the other end of the phone were incredibly reassuring and informed me that an engineer would be arriving within the hour. They even provided me with the engineer's name so I knew who to expect. True to their word, the engineer arrived promptly, stopped the water flow, cleaned up the mess, and repaired the source of the leak. I was impressed by the engineer's politeness and helpfulness. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better service from PM247.
