"Haden cooker exploded - poor customer services"
This review is for Haden appliances. We got a cooker exploded tripping the fuse box and handle got scorching hot first time it was switched on! Eldely mum suffered a burn. It could have caused a fire. Yet for a week now have been given the run around. Jo is waiting for a report from waranty solutions, and is never available when I phone and does not call back. I phoned waranty solutions, told no one asked for a report. This firm sells cheap and dangerous tat. If you value your safety please avoid. V. Disappoited. I thought I was supporting a British company but their products are made in turkey! Mrs Khan

"Jersey 4 slice jersey toaster - toasts unevenly"
Jersey 4 slice jersey toaster - lovely looking toaster but toasts unevenly - one side toasts much faster then the other so you have to choose between one side toasted and other side hardly coloured. I did email with a photo and got the response -
With most toasters the bread can be slightly uneven due to the way that the elements heat up or if the toaster has been used multiple times quickly.
Other factors include the bread types, thickness and age which can lead to the bread toasting much quicker.
I have had many toasters and had never had this problem before, my mums toaster which is half the price toasts evenly all the time - we use the same bread as her

"'Reactive' Dinner service, bowls & cups."
'Reactive' Dinner service x 2. Plus pasta bowls and cups (8 person setting - everyday use).
States grey, but looked more blue/grey, so purchased and was NOT disappointed. It is the perfect blue grey colour. Out of the 40 pieces of crockery received, there was 1 cup with a broken handle - it happens - we will rectify the matter.
On a personal 'pleased as punch' note, I only got the set today, and a friend mistook it for a much more expensive brand. I secretly revelled in the 'ooooo - that's nice!' moment, and subsequent 'you're kidding!' discussion.

"Unbeatable customer service"
We have a lovely sensor bin from Haden that we're very pleased with. Unfortunately, a family member accidentally threw out the bin bag retainer ring, never to be found again! Although it's not absolutely necessary, everything does look much neater when you can't see the binbag! I contacted Haden who immediately said they could send me a replacement from their returns. It arrived today and I couldn't be more impressed with their customer service. No quibble, no postage, just good old fashioned goodwill and helpfulness.
Not all companies have a negative, corporate mentality.

"Brilliant customer service - the best"
I had a small issue with the delivery date of our washing machine provided by their courier (not Sabichi's fault or issue). Kelly within Sabichi owned the query and went out of her way to help resolve this for me and to contact the team again if there were any further problems. Personable and personal level of customer service, second to none. Thank you. Will recommend to others and will use again in the future.

"Avoid very poor customer service"
I bought a Haden toaster directly from Haden/Sabichi via Amazon. Inside was a card that stated "Register your toaster to receive a £10 voucher off a future Haden purchase". I registered the product but received no voucher. I contacted the company who then did nothing except say "send an email". Which I did, then got no response. Rubbish company, avoid

"Haden kettles"
I thought I'd treat myself to a Haden kettle, which was more money than a standard supermarket kettle. ** two stars for the colour, however, when it reach boiling point it hold that temperature way too long and flood my kitchen out with steam! I now have to get to it quick to turn it off myself. I emailed them and was more or less mocked by their representative - teaching me how to use a kettle! Disgusting way to treat your customers. Yet your website say - At Haden we love our customers as much as they love us. I think they should go back to making tank parts as their kettles are dangerous.

"Rubbish dont buy from this company"
I bought a haden kettle and toaster. I have had them 2 months. I noticed on Wednesday night that the kettle had rust in the bottom of it. I have emailed Haden and have had no response from them. I have now researched them and found out they are owned by Sabichi. I bought the kettles because they claimed to be British made but I have found out they are not made in Britain and I cant find out where they are made. I would have given this company a big fat ZERO but I had to a star to write the review. I hope MR SACHIN BAGGA can sleep at night knowing that his products are not fit for purpose and his company ignores emails.
