"Approach with caution"
Placed an order on their website. Meant to have £10 off, but the full price was charged to my card. Emailed support and was told something confusing about having an account, which made no sense, and all further emails have since been ignored. The item was delivered, at full price, so they're not interested in honouring the price they sold it for.
Won't be using them again, and if it wasn't that the birthday the items are for is really soon, I'd return the lot.
Very poor. Approach with caution.

"Poor quality and customer service"
We bought a number of Sabichi mugs but within a few months, two of them have cracked and begun to leak. The overall quality of the glaze seems poor (another mug has developed a chip after litte use). I contacted Sabichi's customer service, but sadly the response was pretty disinterested - it amounted to "sorry mate, can't help you, take them back to the shop". Definitely lacking faith and pride in their own brand.

"Kensington range"
Kensington range. Rubbish . They are dangerous, the handles fall off.

I ordered some plates, cutlery, mugs and glasses. They all arrived next day as promised very well wrapped and all were great quality - especially given the low prices paid. One of the mugs was damaged so I let them know and they sent another one straight away without a fuss which arrived the following day (in what was surely the world record largest box for a single mug).
