Global Airport Parking

"Do not use Global for airport parking service!!!"
I made a reservation for my daughter as she was flying out of Indianapolis. When my daughter arrived at the Clarion Pointe to park her car, she went into the lobby and waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. When the guy (which was rude) asked her what she needed, she told him she was there for her Global parking reservation and needed to take the shuttle to the airport. The guy then told her that she could park across the street at the Fairfield Hotel and take their shuttle as they were all part of the same service. So after waiting 30 minutes at the desk she had to drive and park at a different hotel.
The Global website says this hotel provides shuttle service to the airport daily from 4:00 am to 12:00 am. My daughter's flight got back a little late and when she called the hotel at 11:29 pm to have her pick her up at the airport, the desk clerk told her the shuttle driver ended his shift and left at 10:00 pm. My daughter ended up having to get a $15 Uber ride back to her car and because of this, the parking ended up costing more than it would have been to just park at the airport.
I contacted Global and asked for a refund for the $15 Uber cost. They said they contacted the hotel and were told that the shuttle driver was there until 12:00. I told them that was not true and sent them a screenshot of the timestamped call my daughter made to the hotel. They also said they couldn't do anything about the refund because it had to do with the shuttle service and that's not guaranteed yet their website says it's part of the service. I nor my family will never be using Global airport parking services in the future.

"No ownership of bad service from the hotel or the parking company"
We used this company to park at Embassy Hotel next to DFW. Everything was good until the embassy suites shuttle didn't pick us up after landing. The driver saw us and we waved at him, completely ignore it us and left. We called the hotel to see when the next one would come and they said it would take about 45 mins for the next one to get there. We complaint at the hotel and also at this parking company and neither took owner ship they simply pass the blame from one to the other. Result: Lost several customers and get bad reviews for both the hotel and the parking company.

"Cancellation Policy"
On the website there are two options to cancel, phone call or complete a form. I chose the form to cancel but never received a refund. During my phone contact I was told they didn’t receive the form, therefore, I received no refund. Just something to be aware of. I have used them in the past and would have rated them higher if not for this.

"What a mess"
What a mess. I had the location of my parking reservation changed five minutes before the reservation was to start. Unfortunately this gave me no time to find the new parking area and get to the airport to catch my flight. You would think if they overbooked a parking lot they would notify you the day before, but this is not the case. Very confusing conversation with the customer service rep. I have concerns about using this service again as I would consider having to add an extra hour to work through any changes that they may decide to come up with at the last minute

"I went to make a reservation"
I went to make a reservation, and upon check out I clicked the "Unlock your Benefits Now" button at the bottom that showed a discount that could be had. No name for the company was given, no details, etc, so I figured that button would take me to a page showing some kind of details. However, it automatically enrolled me in a $2.95 recurring monthly membership with Way.com, as well as resetting my parking dates for the current day, at a time earlier than the present time. So when I then hit submit, my parking dates were wrong and even though I immediately called, they told me they were unable to change or refund me because it was after the reservation had started. Of course it had started because it reset the reservation to a time prior to the time the reservation was made. At the very least they should have a system that doesn't allow a reservation to be made prior to the present time.
