Just to say please take the time to look for another insurance company.Long story short we were advised by vet to have tests for cat with uranary problems.No way of knowing what problem was without tests. Rang to see if we were covered and were told yes if vet advised. No problem found but told probably emotional.Claim refused as they are saying that emotional and behavioural are the same.Who knew.This is where we are after spending nearly £2000 we might have thought twice about if not given wrong information.Please do yourself a favour think about it.Thank you Michelle. I appreciate it.Quick update.Claim being investigated but I am sure that we will end taking it further.If getting a cat please take on board that it is very likely that you will not be covered for some uranary problems even if no behavioural issues. Having looked on line there are companies that will cover it.Worth a thought.

I tried to pay for this policy annually but their system didn't accept it. Unfortunately I had to opt for monthly payments by direct debit in the end.
