Very straight forward to get my kitten insured. No issues no problems couldnt have been easier

Used to be good but had to put a claim in recently for our 10 year old as she had cancer and needed her spleen removed. Never made a claim in 9 years for her and it has increased every year but now when we have had to pay out 9000 they have done nothing but mess us about. First it was their vet tech system and now they are saying they need more info from the vets and if they don't get it with a time limit they will close the claim and we will have to start again. The vets were specialists used to dealing with insurance claims. I am disgusted. They will only pay out a max of 4250 and we have paid out twice that and still cant get the money. Dont believe the lie that they pay up within 10 working days. As if having a really sick pet is not bad enough without this stress.
