I made a claim nearly 7 weeks ago and I am still awaiting an outcome. Communication and updates are poor. It is only when you ring up you get any sort of explanation, although still no timeframe provided.

AVOID, AVOID!!!! 1 star is very generous!!
Had healthy pet insurance for many years.
Paying over £117.00 monthly in final year.
Penny was 12 and needing meds daily. Kept insurance on for peace of mind/ new conditions.
Penny deteriorated requiring fluid and further tests costing over £700. A week later we were told that she had come to end of life and the kindest thing to do was put her to sleep,heartbreaking!!!! As many would know.
Healthy pets REFUSED TO PAY!!!! As I paid monthly and she had passed they said they would not pay as I was part through annual term and paid monthly. DISGUSTING!!!!!! AVOID
