What has gone right. Nothing July last year sent in claim for 3 party (my dog hurt another) low and behold still not sorted no communication from HPets. Not a happy Customer poor service vet bill now over 300 pounds due to late payments ! complaint made today next have to report higher.

The whole claim procedure has been a nightmare, and because we made a small claim, a few months ago - which as yet, after much going back and forward has not been settled, they have sent a new quote out to us, which is double the amount we were paying, seemingly this is due to the paperwork error the vets had put our cat was Siamese and we had put him down as a Siamese cross on the insurance application, the vet has verified that he is a Siamese Cross so a new quote has been sent today based on this, I had both my cats insured with this company and will no longer be using them for pet insurance or anything else,
