So disappointed with this company .
Put in a claim in 17th November 2022 they have come back numerous times with questions , which were answered within the relevant time frame. Received an email today 9th February 2023 to say they are processing my claim . Which I thought was being processed back in November 2022. When I rang they said they hadn’t received the relevant information in time which I know isn’t correct. They have opened up a new claim . So are we going to have repeat answering the same questions again (delaying tactic)
I have no confidence in this company at all.
We think we have peace of mind when taking out these policies , but sadly they do nothing but cause us grief . I really really hope they can prove me wrong

Really do not recommend, they refuse to pay twice. I understand the first time it was a hernia repair which is excluded from the policy, fine. The second time it was a tumor and it was related to the previous hernia repair. I get it , but for me hernia repair and tumor related to the previous treatment it’s not the same . Hernia repair and tumor…two separate things. Of course it was related but not the same . I cancelled my policy immediately after 4 years with them. I paid for nothing.

I have used Healthy Pets since 2012 and have 4 toy poodles, all actively insured with Healthy Pets since buying or adopting them. I have claimed for two medical issues with 2 of my oldest toys - 1 is ongoing since 2019 (tablets, checkups etc) and the other we have only claimed one (large) bill in 2017 but have money in the kitty to cover the remainder of our £7,500 allowance if needs be. I have always found Healthy Pets transparent, good value, prompt and courteous in any dealings I have had with them. I see yearly increases for many people jumping up yet ive found Healthy Pets fair in our small yearly increase (especially when 2 of my girls are elderly and I've claimed/actively am claiming). In honesty I keep an eye on what people say they are paying elsewhere and I've never found anyone else's prices fairer so stayed with Healthy Pets since 2012 and intend to do so with the service staying as top level as it is. Every year my renewals are sent to me via post (im not a fan of direct debits), I call up and speak to someone within minutes, they are always lovely and go at my pace of chat (sometimes I like a natter! Other times not so much!!) And all is done and dusted for another year. I communicate via email with any queries for our claims and this is responded to accuratly and within just a few days.
