Phone call answered fairly quickly couple of press for options.
Option on the web I was interested in was for 3 people and we were only 2 so that could have been made clearer on webpage.
Other options were offered and we selected one that suited.
Holiday was with Crystal and a TUI flight who have extra terms and conditions which do cost more money when booking ski bags in. I should have asked who the carrier was as TUI would not have been my 1st choice
