Greg from Sno was amazing when booking our holiday!

We have a little one with several allergies (8 in total!), and Greg went above and beyond to ensure that the accommodation worked for him.

The chalets are always as described, the service has been excellent, and the teams are always helpful and ready to sort out any issues that may arise.

I would 100% recommend Sno, and Greg for any ski holidays.

Sno was recommended to me by a friend. Booking for a group of 4 we weren't exactly sure what or where to choose and with a combination of twin and single rooms it was complicated. I rang Sno and spoke to George who was just amazing. He took all our needs and came up with several options for us, with a very detailed breakdown of costs. We eventually chose what suited us best and we now have exactly what we wanted, in Cervinia at a very reasonable cost. Every time I rang and spoke to George, he was incredibly patient and kind and had a good sense of humour too!
All communications throughout both with George, other staff, whether email or phone call was dealt with very quickly and courteously. I am more than happy with the service I received from Sno, from start to finish and will definitely be using them again next seaon. Thank you so much George!

They were so helpful and knowledgeable about our needs, and what we required from our ski trip. No enquiry was to difficult and there was always plenty of options to consider.
It was never an issue or problem to change parts of the qoute and the aftercare suppport has been fanatstic.
would i book again with SNO? Most definitely!
