The snow and resort was fabulous, The hotel was fair to good with good food for starters but the main courses were sometimes a little disapointing
The ever flowing wine was appreciated

Used SNO for the first time and found their customer service to be excellent. Greg has been so helpful as I needed to add a couple after I had made the initial booking and this was achieved without any issues at all. The price achieved was a little cheaper than going direct to a well known ski holiday provider. So, so far so good, will let you know more once we come back
