"We loved the city of Baltimore"

We loved the city of Baltimore. The hotel was very nice, quiet & clean. Although when we arrived to check in we were not greeted at all; in fact, we were told that we must pay for parking and when I tried to show them our confirmation from Pack Up & Go showing parking was included, she refused to look at it saying "anyone can just print something up !" The first morning of our trip we were scheduled for an Observation Tower excursion to start at 10:30 BUT when we got there we were told that the start time was 2:00 , which was the same time as the Distillery Tour. So we never got to do the Observation Tower. Other than that, the restaurants were GREAT with a great vibe ad delicious food & service. Would go back to Baltimore again, in warmer weather !

This is the third time I have done an experience with Pack Up and Go! It’s just as exciting the third time as it was the first! They do a fantastic job of taking your check list and putting together the best vacation for you. They update you, they check in with you and give you updated flight information. Wonderful company!

"Hot Springs"

Our vacation was Hot Springs, Arkansas which is about a 5 hour drive for us (perfect for a weekend getaway).
Our bed and breakfast was amazing and so was the area! Even though it was raining and cold most the time we still found time to walk the main strip and even hike a little.
I will definitely be using this company again!

I plan a trip for my kids every year for the holidays. This year I was out of ideas and overwhelmed with other things so I decided to use Pack Up & Go. I could not be happier - the mental load was lightened immensely and I actually got to truly enjoy our trip because I wasn’t in charge of planning anything. Pack Up & Go took care of our accommodations, choosing restaurants and making reservations, and picking activities. Even better? Everything was perfectly suited for my two teenagers! Also - there was a small snafu with parking at the hotel (not Pack Up & Go’s fault) and I emailed the 24/7 support from the lobby just to let them know. By the time we got to our room I had a refund for parking and a wonderful email explaining what had happened. We all had a wonderful trip and will absolutely use Pack Up & Go again.

Everything about the trip was amazing. We were able to try restaurants and experiences we would have never dreamt of. Our schedule was packed, but that’s just what we requested. My friend, twin sister, and I took this trip to celebrate all of our birthdays earlier this year, and every restaurant greeted us with birthday signs and free dessert. We had one hiccup with the Uber credit, however, when my friend emailed the company about it, she received a reply within 5 minutes with a link to apply the credit to her account right away! The customer service was insanely fast and friendly, and I could cry with how special we all felt on this trip. We recommended Pack Up + Go to everyone on our food tour, all our Uber drivers, and strangers we met at the bar one night, and will 1,000% use it again. I was skeptical with all of the positive reviews of the site and no negatives before taking the trip, but now I know why it’s all positive. :)
