"Great Time & Experience"

This was my second pack up & go trip. We had great time overall but a few things that made this a 3-4 star trip vs a 5 star. Here are the Pros: great tours, things we have never done in San Francisco. A food tour in Little Italy, Couples Massage and a trip to the golden gate and Muir Woods. All amazing. Felt like our hotel was great neighborhood for safety, our hotel did upgrade us to a suite. Love that they provide a list of neighborhoods and other options for food and fun, it was helpful. San Fran is just a great city to explore together.

Con's: We had been to San Fran many times before. We are early 40's, still fun and felt like a young 20 year old planned our trip treating us as old people. "Oldest" hotel in town, "oldest" burger joint in town. We stayed at the OMNI was beautiful and accommodating it is a business hotel, we felt a bit out of place overall everyone in business suits. It is also in the Financial district which has NOTHING going on after 4pm. No bars, limited restaurant and no shopping. We asked to be in a place we could walk out and have lots to do, there is lots to do in San Fran, but everything is at least a 15-20 minute walk.
All restaurant reservations were all normal type food places you could find anywhere pizza burger and steak. We only went to the place for night 1 and cancelled all other reservations. We spent so much time researching restaurants options or neighborhoods it was a bit annoying. We are morning people. Flying west sucks.

Definitely think we might be more clear on region of country as we were a bit disappointed to go west. Overall we had a great time and focused on doing and exploring where we never had before. Would still do it again as both times were early and fun!

"So exciting and fun!"

So exciting and fun! I booked a trip for our 20th anniversary. I used the initial weather report to make an assumption about our destination, and I wasn't happy. I contacted the service team who assured me there was a lot of thought put into the destination and plans. The best part was she didn't tell me where we were headed, but did tell me that my assumption was wrong so I was very relieved. We ended up in Atlanta, a city I never would plan a vacation to and we had a magnificent trip! Even my husband who can be very boring, had fun. They booked a gorgeous hotel with a beautiful view with so many things to do within walking distance. They booked a bike tour and all the dinner reservations. Everything was spot on. I couldn't have made better choices, even if I had spent months planning. This is my 2nd trip with Pack Up + Go and it definitely won't be my last.

"Anniversary Trip with Pack Up + Go"

We absolutely loved our experience with Pack up + Go. Colorado was beautiful. Every detail of our trip was well planned and catered to us and celebrating our anniversary!

I give our Pack up + Go trip a 10/10! We opened our Surprise envelope at the airport which I think made the trip even more exciting! Our destination: Scottsdale! Our flight was through Frontier, we made a packing snafu, and did not pay close enough attention to the "carry-on" bag dimensions, so unfortunately that meant we had to check 4 bags..ouch! But that was on us, lol. We chose the lowest priced trip option; so what we didn't get in flight comfort was made up for in our accommodations; at The Scottsdale Plaza and Villa's Resort! It was absolutely beautiful and had a wonderful view of the mountains. Pack Up + Go planned and reserved awesome "excursions" for us including a wine and charcuterie tasting at The Wine Collective in Old Town Scottsdale; my husband and I had a great time sitting on the patio enjoying the wine and people watching. Tickets to Odysea, a food tour through Taste It Tours; where we visited staple restaurants in Old Town (Cien Agaves, Craft 64, Cornish Pasty Co, Ruze Cake House and Gelato Cimmino; I highly recommend you do not eat before hand, there was so much food and it was all delicious! Our guide was amazing too! Our favorite excursion was definitely the E-Bike and Hike tour of Scottsdale and Camelback Mountain, Chulla trailhead. It was roughly a 3 hour tour with a very entertaining tour guide, we had never ridden E-bikes before, the weather was perfect and it was just such a great time! While in Old Town, we walked and shopped and ate; we never made the reservations made by PU+G for dinner (don't worry, we called and cancelled) but we found so many great places to eat; Loco Patron, Jo Jo's, The Drunk Munk, Fatty Daddy's..let's just say, we did not go hungry! Overall, the trip was exactly what we wanted it to be; a surprise destination somewhere we had never been, stress free and fun!

I never would have thought that a anniversary trip to Philly would be a great trip, but PackUp and Go rocked it. What a great time.

Our entire experience with Pack Up + Go was fantastic. They were easy to work with at every step of the way. The trip they put together was very fun. The Bed & Breakfast was very enjoyable. Anytime we had a question or issue, help was available any time by email or by phone. We started with a short, 4-day driving trip to test it out, and we loved it. We look forward to using Pack Up + Go again.

"Fun, Low Stress Vacation!"

This is a fun, low stress way to go on vacation. My husband and I booked PU&G for our 20 year wedding anniversary. Our trip to Scottsdale was great - nice resort, great restaurant reservations, and several outings including a wine tasting, food tour and private hike. Would highly recommend and will likely do this again.

I COULD say that Pack Up & Go KNOWS me (this is my 7th trip with them), but more, I'd say that they LISTEN to me. They matched our activities to our pre-trip survey PERFECTLY. Even if you're not the spontaneous type (I am NOT!!) it's amazing to take one of these surprise vacations! There have been times that I've checked weather all over the nation (and I'm ashamed to say flights, too, to match departure times) to figure our where I'm going and I DIDN'T do that this time, and I was so pleasantly surprised! We had a great trip to Minneapolis! (And what a great, welcoming city!!! With AMAZING food!)

"Great trip to Chicago!"

We recently did a mystery trip to Chicago! One of the best cities that was on our list and am glad it was chosen for our pack up and go trip! We loved most of the bookings that were made and we fell in love with the city! There were few hiccups in terms of missing tickets in the email and information shared that can be improved on but we still loved the overall experience!

We just had our 5th surprise vacation with Pack Up + Go. They sent us to Santa Barbara CA which wasn't on our radar, but was fantastic! They put us up at a hotel right on the ocean and convenient to many restaurants, museums, night spots, etc. They set us up with reservations at restaurants which they recommended. We went to each of them and were very happy.
