All the staff were so helpful and attentive in making sure I felt comfortable with the fit and colour which was perfect. I will be definitely be going back for some shirts and perhaps another suit - their sales are excellent!! :)

"A very broken system that has lost touch with customer needs"
Over the last 13 years, I have ordered items worth thousands of pounds from Hawes and Curtis, mostly online. However, it appear the quality control and customer service have reached abysmal levels. Not only did I receive a defective item that should never have passed quality checks at its £250 price tag, but I was also saddled with processing a return via your pick up service that crawled at snail pace to a returns facility. In the meantime, I am expected to wait for up to 10 additional days to receive an exchange item or get a refund. Seriously, how dare you guys? You seem to have completely lost touch with what customer service means, judging from the AI-sounding customer service agents who read scripted responses to me without an ounce of empathy in their tone; sent me template-generated responses without bothering to fill the blank spaces in the template. You have just lost one, when this process is finally complete. Order 3126678.

"THEY WILL SELL YOUR DATA ON"
If you are looking to be inundated with unwanted marketing mail from this company and their 'partners' make the mistake of buying something from them.
I was awash with unwanted and insecure mail (stating the product areas on the outside of the envelope) from these people after buying a shirt in 2023.
After receiving lies from them that they did not share customer details with other companies they 'came clean' and said that actually they do and that I must have misunderstood when they said they didn't.
And then SILENCE, no more marketing from them.
UNTIL NOW ! MAY 2024 and here we go again. They have decided to start sending me unwanted mail again.
Once again they have lied and told me that they had no idea I was deleted from marketing and that they do not share details with other organisations.
Once again they have backed down and admitted that they DO share details with other marketing organisations.
Sadly, so far they have been unable to explain how it is that they have reneged on their previous commitment to send no further marketing.

Nice shirt, delivered quickly. In every picture there is a tie with the shirt. There was no mention a tie wasnt included. I now needto spend more time finding a tie. I would have just bought a set elsewhere.

Bad customer service please avoid buying from them again. I placed an order online on the 24th of May until today 6/06/24 no order has been dispatched and received no email from them. I have been calling non stop and all I get are lies over lies. I have requested for my money back . Yet no one is willing to refund me. Please don't buy from them again they are very disappointing.

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointing.
I ordered an item , was expected with 2-3 business days.
On the third business day I still hadn’t received the item and contacted the team to cancel the order and process a refund as I would be traveling and unavailable at the registered address provided.
The response received from the team was very unacceptable and showed a complete lack of understanding.
Important to note that till date, the item is still showing as not delivered on the tracking system.
