"Steer clear, much better companies out there!!"

I got onboard with Premier Epos early 2020. After an initial zoom meeting with Kris Bark everything sounded fantastic! We went ahead and bought the full system, came to around 5.5k ex vat for everything.
This was the first time we'd used a Epos system with stock control. On the initial zoom meeting I was specifically told all our suppliers were already there just to be downloaded from Premier's files.
We're based in Northern Ireland. I'd told them this and the names of our main suppliers. With reassuring smile, Kris told me they'd all their lists of products on file.
This was the first lie I'd be told be them. There was 0 of my main suppliers here in NI's, products. I had to go a get them myself and put them together and format them (a lot of work). Then we might have got some help to upload them after waiting inline for a while with premier to be talked through it by a very uninterested tech guy.
Here's a list of things we were promised that never came to fruition, a working customer database that we could use for marketing purposes and loyalty schemes. Just never worked right, we kind of thought maybe we were the problem until we moved to our New epos system, all of that works like a dream now!!
There's any number of reasons not to go and spend your hard earned cash with this crowd, horrible customer service, long waits for tech support the list goes on.
Another thing is their pricing seems to be pulled from thin air or else the sales guys are working on commission on what they can chisel you with for support.
I also manufacture products that is sold into our particular trade and regularly talk to other retailers who are customers (who maddeningly I recommended this to at the beginning!). The pricing is all over the place, there's guys paying 2 1/2 times more for support than others, it's insane.
There's much better out there for a lot less. We're with a new company now and just realise now how awful these guys are. Steer clear.

We had been looking for an epos system for a while now to suit our needs and Premier Epos came up with the goods. With easy to use system features, great training and support, It is becoming a great asset to our businesses.

Despite experiencing a few glitches and screen freezes upon uploading our shop stock, I highly recommend PremierEpos to small to medium range businesses.
Upon starting up Luton Plumbing Centre I was looking for an update and modern system to manage our daily sales and track our stock.
PremierEpos has fulfilled this need through its well-featured options and touchscreen sales screen.
I’ve found the system to be speedy with a clear process of tracking sales of our loyal customers.
I’m yet to link the system to our quarterly accounts so will review this at a later stage.

We have now been with Premier Epos since Aug 2021. The windows based operating system works well with our store and products and they have constant updates to help solve any issues. Their integration proces with our website has been smooth and products have been uploaded fairly easily. Would have given them 5 star but sometimes they can be busy on phones so any emergency queries or issues can take time to be resolved even though in most cases they have solved it on the day. Defo recommend the system in comparison to their competitors.

I have been with Premier Epos for a year now and they have been outstanding! They’re support team is unbelievable, they are there within minutes with a helping hand and the sales team have been great! Cannot fault this at all, as a clothing shop being able to track what I’m selling and when really does help, along with so many other aspects. Could not recommend them enough!
