Pessimi a Olbia. Non hanno personale, sono disorganizzati e aspetti ore in bassa stagione.
davanti a noi persone che aspettano da 1 ora in aeroporto, noi da 30 minuti.
colui che guida fa anche i contratti.
Non è in aeroporto. Evitate.

"Filerent said: "No car""

We arrived late at night at the airport Olbia (Italy). Picked up by the shuttle from Felirent and showed us our voucher. At their office they said; 'We do not have a car for you because we are running out of cars'. And they dropped us at another car rental company.
The other car rental company was asked to solve the Felirent problem. They start arguing for about 2 hours. In the end, Felirent did not even pick up the phone.
Unbelievable.

"Arnaque sur les locations de voitures"

Nous avons par do you Italy loué une voiture a felirent . Pour la prise en charge pas d essence dans le véhicule, la seule remarque faite par la personne qui louait c est qu il fallait rendre la voiture propre , pour imprimer le contrat de location problème seulement en italien ( donc confiance absolue puisque pas de vérification,ne comprenant pas l italien . Lorsque nous rendons la voiture la personne était étonné qu il n y avait pas d essence et elle 'ous demande si on a pris des photos ( ben non puisqu au départ la dame en avait fait et elle devait tout noter dans le contrat ) pas grave on se rend au véhicule et. La directement elle ouvre la porte arrière et dit ah une tâche ça fait 10€ mon mari propose de payer par carte et là ah non par carte c est 28€ . Comme on avait 20€ on lui donne et elle met le billet dans portefeuille et nous rend 10€ . Bénéfice net . En sortant on voit un monsieur avec un gerican entrain de syphoner le petit plus d essence qu on avait laissé . Arnaque bien ficelé par les employés . Ça permet d arrondir les fins de mois

We had a great experience with Felirent! Arrived at Bergamo airport, called them, they picked us up in 5 min. Got everything ready in 10 min and got the keys (they upgraded our car to an automatic as well). We got the car for a 10 day road trip in Italy and returned it to Malpensa Airport (no extra charge). It was super easy, it took about 15 min to return it, and then they took us to the airport, after 3 days I got the deposit back from them as well. Very good and will definitely be back with them! They should upgrade their website so we could book directly with them!
