I have been ordering with WebEyeCare for a few years now. I have always got air optix but the last doctor I saw recommended biofinity. I hated them so when it was time to order more I ordered Air Optix. No problem. Then I went to reorder and got an email saying my doctor didn't approve this brand, even though I just had them. Fine, I said just give me the Biofinity because I needed contacts and didn't want to go fight with the doctor about it. I know this was not WebEyeCare's fault. Well I got the wrong Rx for the right eye. So I had contacted them to see if they could send me the right Rx. They did however now I will be one short on the left eye. I just feel like they should have sent me 1 left eye too since that one will just be wasted since they are good for only 30 days.

I will continue to use WebEyeCare because Their price is great and the customer service is usually decent but I feel like this could have been resolved better.

I couldn't get my contacts from these folks, because my Rx was more than 2 years old. I don't need a new Rx, but I have to spend the money to see my eye doctor so I can get the same Rx again.
